Thanks Richard for beautifully restoring my porcelain floors. Your work ethics, integrity and diligence were appreciated. This was not an easy task as the epoxy grout haze was more difficult to remove then regularily used sand grout. Daily traffic ground into the residue gives the floor a dirty appearance even after repeated cleaning which is labor intensive as well as frustrating. Seven years later the whole floor looks as it did the day of installation.
You’ve heard the saying if mama is happy everybody is happy… well this lil’ mama is happy :) Thanks, Shirl

Thanks Shirley. I appreciate the feedback and the kind words.

Shirley’s floor is a prime example of why I say we can make a floor “better than new”. It’s not just a catch phrase. Grout haze is inevitable in most tile installations. It remains non-visible until dirt starts to accumulate on the porous grout haze. We remove the grout haze exposing the impervious and non-porous porcelain tile. Now it will be easier to clean and maintain.
